We shall ship the product the same day if order is received before noon, else product shall be shipped another day.

There could be delay in shipping the product as product sometimes is not available so it might take some extra time to procure the product. In some cases we may send alternative but better product .In this case we shall contact the buyer only then we shall deliver the product.

We ship the product only from reputed courier like DTDC or Fed Ex.

Normal delivery takes 5-7 days to deliver .Express Delivery shall take 2-3 days to deliver.

If normal delivery product is ordered with express delivery product .If Customer need delivery of both the product cumulatively then both shall product shall be delivered as Normal delivery product else they shall be delivered separately.

Pl mention the correct address, Contact number and PIN code for timely delivery of product. Non delivery in such cases shall be considered delivered as it might not be possible to take product return to Indian Gift Guru due to higher shipping return cost.

Shipping may get delayed due to various factor beyond Delivery vendor control like Curfew , riot , epidemic etc.In such cases receiver need to contact local courier office and coordinate .
