Cancellation of Order
Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. This information need to be conveyed to us on the same or next day of receipt through mail.
We shall ensure that replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost as soon as possible.
If package is received in a bad or tampered or in damaged condition, please do not accept the package from delivery person.
In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us, properly packed within 2-3 working days from the day of delivery after intimating us.
Once your return is received and found to be in unused condition, we shall intimate the same through e- mail. We shall also ship your replacement as soon as possible.
When replacement product is not available only then we shall refund your payment within 5-7 days.
If you haven’t received a refund after our intimation, please check your bank account or contact your credit card issuer as it might take some more time for your refund to appear in bank account, if you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact again us at firstname.lastname@example.org
